A Sitting U.S. Senator like Lindsey Graham will get his name on the GOP Primary ballot automatically unless he withdraws his name. You can't force the GOP to keep his name off the ballot. All you can do is get someone creditable to run against him in the Primary.

His seat is not up until 2014. This is the way it will go down In 2014 IMHO:

1. The Tea Party has failed and fizzled. Then Graham will tell everyone 'I told you so'

2. The Tea party has succeeded. He will do what McCain did and modify his stance so as to seem more in line with Tea Party positions. Then he will defeat his opponent just as McCain defeated Hayworth last week.

The only way you can beat him is to have a potential candidate identified soon even though this is not an election year for Senator Graham. This will have to be someone who will take him on in his own state and gather the grass root support of likely voters. This is how Senator Bennett lost his primary this year.
