Federal Immigration and Nationality Act Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
“State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority.
The statutes are quite clear - this is nothing more than Obama and his cronies pushing judicial activism.
They are nothing but cowards lacking integrity and character. How else do you explain their protests here and not in Mexico? They flee a lawless hole to come and protest in a lawful land. They run like cowards from their own country to protest a country Founded by citizens who stood up to corruption and tyranny.
The losing one. Whoever ends up with DC, also ends up with their debt.
Good catch.
What kind of country is this where the people who broke in illegally are demanding rights? The world is upside down.
I pray that you are RIGHT. That would just make rounding up the illegals and deporting them that much easier under the new law.
Yes, Leftists from Mexico and all points South have come over the border over the past few years and are busy working these mobs. The communists in Mexico work closely with the cartels. In their rallies, they call for a revolution in the US and have turned open borders into a Mexican racial hate mess. This ideology (racism plus communism) is the basis of “hispanic” diversity race doctrines in the US. Pretty creepy.
The message is clear to us, but how disappointing hat the FEDs sidewith the illegals!
“Shame a hot day like that they needed hosed down before arrest!
The hosing down needs to be with automatic weapons fire!”
LOL the picture of the Triple Mini-Gun.
But the Federal government is a socialized bastardized entity now crawling with hateful affirmative action Idiots who are completely useless,
I sometimes think I’m experiencing an ongoing judicial nightmare. Is that section not clear enough. You would think it would have been presented during the hearing and it would be “case closed.”
This is going to end in a very violent way.Just saying.
So? What we do is make them “play by the rules.” If they say that AZ’s law allowing/requiring immigration checks is “out of the scope of their [the state’s] jurisdiction” then we apply the same standard to *all* other crimes wherein the federal government has jurisdiction: counterfeiting, inter-state kidnapping, bank robberies, and so forth...
But this is only the start; we [the people] need to start demanding enforcement of United States Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 13, § 241 (Conspiracy against rights: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00000241——000-.html ) most especially when false-arrests are made. Furthermore, false-arrests may (in fact) be kidnapping; if that is the case then the aforementioned law allows for the death penalty. It is *that* death penalty that we should demand be applied to those who act, in an official capacity, in ways to nullify our rights. I couldn’t agree more. Lock and load.
Good opportunity to gather up the illegals and dump them over the border.
