The only people I’ve seen complaining that Obama isn’t liberal enough are the nut-jobs on MSNBC. I don’t think fat thug Ed Schultz speaks for many people.

I like Hanson’s columns in general, but I don’t buy Obama’s poll losses are because he isn’t liberal enough.

Hanson doesn't, either...hence the first part of the sentence...

According to a popular myth, President Obama’s declining poll numbers are a consequence of his failure to be liberal enough...

If they were doing their job he never would have been elected.

I think a good portion of his blue state base is gonna freak out come Jan 1 when the new taxes take effect. It is this irony that the high wage blue states are gonna pay the bulk of his crappy policy of killing America.

Since 2008, both Barack and Michelle Obama have committed a series of gaffes that appeared to reflect an attachment to identity politics. Taken together, these divisive musings have fostered the impression that the first couple is excessively concerned with racial issues.

Barry0 is trying hard to convince MO that he's a real American negro. But his life gives him no connection to the American black experience. So he overcompensates to impress his mate. 10 to 1 he sat in that Black Liberation church for twenty years to please her.

Agree. Also, it don't matter if libs or other Obama voters are dissatisfied with him, for whatever reason. They will still vote for him and against the republican/conservative candidate.

I almost don't even care that mine will too, in anticipation of the gloating I'm going to be able to do.

And Hanson (above) agrees with you.

Obama can choose to be a successful triangulating Clinton, or he can insist on being a failed ideological Carter.

It is my opinion that Clinton could "triangulate" because he was not a true believer. He wanted to be President for the perks, not what he could get done. Hillary was/is the driving force (and the reason after this socialist administration will never get elected President). He could compromise on his agenda since he really did not care.

Obama on the other hand, is a true believer. We are seeing him pushing his core beliefs. As the article pointed out, he really thinks he has a mandate. Nothing will convince him otherwise.

Thanks for giving it the old college try.

The elites are off the scale of incompetence.

They are truly scary, and indulging themselves in magical thinking.

God help us.
