That's not even a valid excuse. With the average house, it takes 3-4 flushes to even reach the septic/sewer, due to the length of the pipes in the crawlspace.

Already been done... Research "The Hillside Strangler" (who incidently, wasn't one, but *two* men, cousins). They used a security officer's badge to stop unsuspecting young women, who were then sexually assaulted, tortured, and murdered...
