He thinks girls are yucky.
Bill O’Reilly, hero of the left.
He is such a right wing loon - except when he argues with Palin, then they love him.
O’really should join Larry King... in RETIREMENT!!!!
Ted Baxter trying to intimidate a Conservative, nothing new, except it’s Sarah Palin.
ROFL!
Something odd is happening on the Fox News Channel. Kirsten Powers is looking more like Bill O’Really and Bill O’Really is looking more like Kirsten Powers. Maybe when they look like the same person they will do the Powers O’Really Minute and Dennis Miller will take over the other 59 minues of the 8 o’clock timeslot.
Meh, O’really is hard for me to take seriously ever since he came out against the Swift Boat Vets. It wasn’t that he was against them. It was his reasons.
His schtick is to be “centric” no matter how ludicrous his reasons. It’s all about his image.
Bill does do a lousy job of interviewing people quite often.
He just can’t keep his d*mn mouth shut to let people answer.
Have you ever seen Kirsten and Bill in the same room at the same time?
Just wondering...
BOR is a populist wind bag. The only people that think he is a conservative are those people that think McCain is a conservative and Bush was a right wing ideologue.
This boosts his ratings and "credibility" to the left and left-leaning moderates as someone who is fair and balanced.
With the prospects of the Democrats going down in November, this stuff is like candy to the libs.
Sarah is a down home, salt of the earth, strong Amercian woman. She reminds me of a younger and cuter version of my maternal grandmother... OTOH, don't know what grandma looked like at that age. Considering what Mom looked like at that age, she might have been pretty cute too. Grandma wore those prairie style dresses and bonnets. But she was a strong, and opinionated, woman too. Snakes for miles around trembled to think they might have to go up against my grandma. Many did, and many died. Instead of eating the eggs, they became chicken feed.
And I think O'Reilly has a point. At the end of the day, these people want Amnesty...like it or not. And they will get it...because nobody, and I mean NOBODY, has the balls to deport these people. Politically speaking.
Just saying, remember the last time Amnesty was given and who gave it? The only way to stop illegal immigration is to stop them from getting here in the first place. Once they are here, it's too much of an emotional issue for politicians to deal with.
Yep. It used to be BOR would interupt when guests would try to filibuster and not answer the question. That was fine. Now he constantly interupts when guests are trying to give anything more than a y/n answer to a question. It’s gotten to the point I find him unwatchable.
Which is the right answer. It just remains what you do with illegals who do register.
The thing is, O'Reilly wants Palin to put all her cards on the table and this would allow the Left to attack her further.
I didn’t catch the exchange but I have no problem with what happened. If she wants to be taken seriously she can answer non-softball type questions. I don’t believe that if one of your biggest issues is immigration, an interviewer asking details of your plan is a gotcha question. I would like to see all politicians get their feet put to the fire. There are too many free passes out there.
I have a slightly mixed take on these little exchanges of theirs (I’ve seen most of them). Yes, it’s great ‘practice’ for Sarah, no doubt. She does need to firm up her stances on numerous issues and to be even better on her feet (by the way....I just love ‘er).
That said, O’Reilly is notorious for trying to steal the shine from brighter stars since his is fading gradually (witness his exchanges with Beck, who is arguably now the FAR bigger ‘star’ of FNC). I find that petty, to put it mildly. Bill needs to get that oversized ego in check once and for all or he’ll be totally left in the dust.
Did you ever notice how much better his show is when he isn’t on it.
