I suggest that Arizona enforce this law regardless what the courts ultimately sas. Force the hand of the Kenyan to try and act against the good people of the state of Arizona.

I agree. What troubles me is that a nephew (a Marine) is deploying with his unit to AZ "for training" in late July. He wouldn't even tell his Mom more than that. Could be just a good Marine practicing OPSEC or ...
