Hasn’t there been a US Carrier Group continuously operating off Iran’s coastline since June 1990 in the build up to the first Gulf War?
All these “new media” websites that are flipping out about the carrier group rotation are showing just how piss poor the quality of the “crowd sourcing” can be in specialized subjects.
Wimp in chief wouldn’t launch an attack against Iran if they lobbed a nuke at New York let alone sank an aircraft carrier in the Persian Gulf. This is bluster and the Iranians know that eyeball to eyeball Obama will blink if not bow in surrender. If there is any attack Israel will do it alone and get castigated by Obama and the UN terror enablers. I wouldn’t be surprised if, as a “gesture of good will”, Obama wouldn’t tip off the Iranians if an Israeli attack were picked up by US AWACS in the gulf.
And B.O. would probably make sure it happened on or about Nov. 1st.
