It would be nice if there were signs that Kagan could be stopped.
Yes, it would; but that shouldn't stop us from saying what needs to be said. That's the position conservatives started from in the 60s and 70s, and but for the conservatives of that era, including Reagan, speaking out in the wildnerness for so long, we would not have ended up with the Reagan presidency, IMHO.

I guess a loose example would be to study the relationship between big animals and parasites. A big animal would be a conservative. A blood sucking bat feeds off the big animal. The blood sucking bat would be the liberal. Then the blood sucking bat feeds the young bats. The young bats would be black voters. Conservatives pretty much make the system run, and the parasites feed off of it.

And then again, there is the black version of the kkk, the new black panthers.... as militant as you want them AND full of marxist muslim HATE, raging hate....so, out of equity, they need to be included.

Prediction: She will get all Democrat votes and at least 10 turncoat votes. Those turncoats will not consist of anyone up for re-election this year. Shall we call them panty-waists (or just plain waste).
The GOP to this day remains intimidated by the left-wingers.

And to deter the freed ex-slaves from voting through terrorism, as they were found tending to be vote for Republicans.

Unbelievable that she mounded these two organizations into the same heap.
Why not add Republicans and Libertarians? Constitution Party Members or any one else who is not far left?

A March 1996 document is likely to stir conservative anger. In it, she labeled the Ku Klux Klan and the National Rifle Association as "bad guy" organizations. Oh, that's more than fair - she's quite well qualified to be a judge on the municipal court. /sarc
Just picture a conservative jurist who labeled the ACLU a "bad guy" organization. The lefties would go balistic, and the jurist would never be confirmed. Unfortunately, our current batch of Republicans are a bunch of girly-men, who wouldn't put up a fight if their wive's 'honor' depended on it...
