That is correct, they can't dispute it. But, what they can do, is ignore it. I maintain if the kids had kicked him in the groin, the media WOULD have run it, in order to portray the conservatives in a bad light. It's unfair, yes, but it is what it is.

When is a conservative kicking a liberal in the gazzots a bad thing? Ever? All we have now is film of an old man pushing around health young men, who, IMHO, acted like little passive school girls.

And I would not have said it second time, either. Further, if I must be arrested for defending myself against physical manhandling, I'm going to make it worth my while.

How many tea party attendees have been assaulted? How many tea party people have assaulted others? Who is branded as violent racists despite this? I don't want a fair shake by the media, I want them to disappear like the dinosaurs they are.

If there are no ramifications for this type of violent behavior, either immediate and painful negative feedback, or legal consequences we might as well declare open season on conservatives by liberals. Every time a lib gets away with something like this it emboldens the rest.
