2) State health policy will comply with the federal law starting July 1, 2011
(so they don’t neeed a state law)

3) All other Group health plans will have to start covering childen to the age of 26 years old (was 21, but only if in college as full time student)

3a) They don’t care if the ‘child’ is married.

3b) They don’t care if the ‘child’ is in school.

4) The policy cost can not go up because you added the child.

5) They got to cover your grandchildren also (to the age of 26) - if they are your dependent. (and if you got a company with a good policy and your kids don’t, then they will be your dependant).

They get it from the Obamacare law.
