I am with you, the Republicans do not need to be involved in anyway with this. I would hope they would not be that stupid, but given what has been happening in the Governors race I guess nothing would surprise me.

So. What’s the SC Primary mechanism? What voting machines are used there?

Yep, this was ACORN/OFA’s test run.

The article asks where Greene obtained the ten thousand dollars for the filing fee and goes on to say the GOP funded him. I seriously doubt that. More likely ACORN or some other marxist group like that. I hope he stays in the race. He's the perfect candidate for the marxist Democrats.

I had no idea it was so expensive just to file. That isn’t right. Who gets that money?

If they pursue this, they will surely look at the administration trying to buy off two candidates to change the outcome of elections.

Hahahaha!

Possibilities
  1. "Get out the vote, regardless of whether they have a clue about who they are voting for" campaigns backfired this time.
  2. The democratic incumbent is so unpopular the people voted for an unknown.
  3. Or the vote was rigged accidently for the wrong guy.
  4. Or the vote was rigged and the rigger one

    My bet is #1.

He is innocent until proven guilty. He won his race and should be the democratic nominee. Personally, I think he is the perfect candidate to face Demint.

I think number #1 is mostly right- but I wouldn't rule out a part of #2. Incumbents are very unpopular right now.

Of course, this guy didn't just win- he won by like 20 points. If it was rigged, those riggers sure know what they're doing.

Is this laptop porn thing his only law-breaking? Doesn’t sound like much of criminal and I feel bad for him. The Democrats are really vicious, the guy could use a break.

The problem with the media (yeah, I know they are endless) is that they can make the accusation and not be challenged. Unnamed sources, “some people say ...”, etc. Then they can quote themselves and it becomes fact in the public mind.

I think it is damn funny that the media whores are beside themselves trying to discover who paid the $10,400 filing fee for this guy to get on the ballot. Yet, they had absolutely no interest in who paid Obama's way through Columbia and Harvard, who got him the job at the University of Chicago law school, nor even see his long form birth certificate. In fact, they went out of their way to avoid any of these quetions.

Wherever personal problems Mr. Greene may have, the fact is that he served in the military for 13, at least some of which has to be honorable service. That fact alone makes him way more qualified than ObaMao.

Even if they find some wascally republican paid his filing fee, on what legal basis would that invalidate a clear election result?

This was a perfect opportunity to run a trial vote rigging operation by Democrat operatives. Jim DeMint is unbeatable in SC no matter who runs against him. Therefore, run this scam and see if it works. If it does then branch out to other elections in November. Oh, and blame it on the Republicans... How’s that for a conspiracy?

What was the outcome of the charges against Mr. Greene? If he was acquitted or never prosecuted is it fair to keep mentioning his past?

Don't you remember the Democrat Party mantra on something like this? "Its not whether the charge is true..its the seriousness of the charge that matters."
