When you get caught with dope you have to do a little explaining .

Where does the article say the victim had drugs? I havent seen the cops make that claim. How do you know he had drugs when nobody involved seems to know that?

While his wife was home this minimum wage guy pays his buddy $60 to drive him 70 miles to a dark alley in Seattle. Cops see him in dark alley, he runs. He is almost caught (see video) and reaches into his pocket and flings a small packet away. DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

The article says “After reviewing the chase and apprehension of Harris, prosecutors found no basis to charge Paul with a crime. “
You seem to know more about the situation than the authorities who investigated it. Where did you get more information than the local investigators have?
Got any other fabrications? Even if the guy was the actual perp, this cop was dead wrong.
I may have jumped to conclusions. He may have been in the dark alley soliciting a prostitute and that packet he tossed away could have been a condom.
Your attempt to blame the victim is low. Even for a cop queer.
What is a cop queer?
Truth: This guy was out drinking after his night shift at the restaurant.
Truth: He paid his friend $60 to drive him 70 miles into Seattle in the wee hours of the night.
Truth: He was chased by cops for 2 1/2 blocks after being identified in a dark alley.
Truth: He reached into his pocket as he was about to be apprehended and tossed a small packet away.
How could the truth be very different?
Good question. What was he doing there in an alley without his loving wife. What did he throw on the ground with his right hand before he was hit?
A. A used condom
B. A new diamond ring for his wife
C. Drugs he just bought
2 blocks or 2 miles, the officer has no right of intentional harm or pain during arrest. Please show me the rules and procedure that say otherwise. Assertiveness, yes but not blatant Aggression.
Unfortunately do to medical reasons the answer may never be known. In this case the officer acted as Judge, Jury and executor.
And if the guy had pulled a gun out of his pocket instead of drugs, the cop would be a hero. The cop had every right to take the guy out when he went into his pocket.
Executor
