Maybe the press is starting to lose their fear of the tinhorn dicktator.
Maybe, just maybe their ratings are so low and they can't even stomach supporting him after the Ragu Beef and the Mole' Sauce while hearing of old friends and relatives out of work.
Maybe just maybe they will throw his adminstration under the bus (metaohorically) just to save their sorry @$$es.

ABC's "World News" anchor Diane Sawyer addressed viewers from the shorelines of Louisiana tonight. She reported on the "anger" that is focused on Washington. "We saw a pickup truck that had a hand painted sign that said 'BP + The Feds = Another Katrina,'" Sawyer reported. ABC News reports "some of the president's supporters have questioned his leadership," referring to the anger heard from Louisiana natives (and Democratic strategists) Donna Brazile and James Carville. "One of the problems I have with the administration is that they're not tough enough," Brazile said. Gov. Jindal (R-LA) says he is frustrated. Admiral Thad Allen, the man in charge of federal response admitted the "government doesn't have everything it needs" and if the government did push BP out of the way would raise the question they would no one to replace them with. --

Yes and after the Exxon Valdez debacle, the oil spills and containment can all be federalized to ‘better coordinate the response’. As we see right now, instead of EPA ordering BP to change dispersant, which they cannot do because of lack of availability, Obama should just make the call ...
The problem has become the inordinate lack of experience of the Obama Regime has now become painfully apparent to all.
The 1990 OPA was designed to prevent “this from ever happening again” scenarios, which are now happening again. You can find the proper responsibility clauses in the OPA Act, section 4201 amended by 311. Briefly, IT GIVES THE PRESIDENT THE AUTHORITY AND THE RESPONSIBILITY, for total authority of containment and cleanup. Get to it Obama.
Next time Obama, you may want to make sure the agencies actually order the fire booms, instead of recommend ordering the fire booms. You see your own government study say fire booms, on site immediately, and burning the oil are the best known containment actions that could be taken.
Too bad Obummer can't read. It's a problem a lot of little tyrants have.

Journos take this job FOR ACTIVISM, to AFFECT THE OUTCOME. They are NOT detached observers, no, no, no.
They simply sense a public expectation that they “ask tough questions”, so they cook up this fellatious pap; “Oh now our rose tinted glasses are off, and we’re all worked up..!”
WHAT A FRIGGIN LIE..! They think WE ARE STUPID.
They’re behind him more than ever, and it will STAY like that.
Good —anything that hastens their downfall I’m ALL FOR..!

This is a single issue (oil spill), and I believe they are coming at it from a “he’s not being socialist enough” position. I predict Richard Maddow or Chuckles Gibson will be asking an administration official before long if they would consider nationalizing the oil companies to prevent more spills or something.
They back him when he does what they like. Last week Hannity had his “man on the street” segment. Surprisingly, each of three people (20s & 30s) knew who Elena Kagan was and what SB1070 was about. However, they all thought Kagan was already on the bench and that cops could pull people over in Arizona simply to ask their immigration status. This is the MSM’s doing...providing news with a slant to make things seem what they are not.
They will follow his dictates every time if they like what they hear.

Baloney.
They'd need heart and head transplants. They are true believers of Big Government uber alles, and 'The One' is the one to lead them to their promised land (...which for most of us represents some Soviet style gulag -- but for the apparatchiks, and media, its their promised land).
They feint indignation from time to time (occasionally their consciousness will be 'pricked' by charges of favoritism, and unbalanced reporting) - but they'll settle back into cheer-leading form in a short while... Its who they are (a 5th Column that supports the destruction of our Constitutional Republic). Its what they do

If this is true, it just proves what whores the media are. They are solely responsible for getting the commie bastard elected by refusing to tell the truth about him during the campaign.
Damn them and damn the lawyers. If this country goes down the tubes (which I doubt it will) They will bear all the fault!!
