The Mex. gov't is no longer in control of it's northern border. The narco-terrorists and males cabrones are. That is the problem. Both the US and Mex. governments must realize they must be hunted down and killed.

That is the solution that will scare the hell out of them like we scared the hell out of the jihadis in Iraq.
