Standard business practice. Can’t pay your bills or are a bad credit risk? Cash up front. No checks, no credit. Simple.
L.A. City Council doesn’t like it? Pull the plug and sell the electricity to neighboring states who will be more than happy to have what Cali can’t afford to pay for. Simple solution for all involved. And no brownouts or rolling blackouts this summer for those states. Oh, except Cali. But then they asked for it.

City Councilmen and women of places like LA are perhaps the stupidest people on earth. We have councilmembers in NY City spending their time on forcing restaurants to use less salt. Sometimes it is mind-boggling how thick these people can be.
When the wildfires hit LA county this summer shall we risk our Arizona firefighters lives to help them?

I live just outside Los Angeles and I must say OUR L.A. Council and our mayor are without a doubt to “stupid” and to ideologue driven to have their jobs!! MORONS!!
Same goes with our Officials in Sacramento...their average salary is $116,000 a year...while the ave for the rest of the Country is $76,000 a year.
And they do not work most Fridays...they have one person “check them in”...like They where all there on Friday.
Sacramento the Capital of (K)alifornia....its unemployment rate is over 14+%
It so INSANE. California is the 6th largest Economy in the WORLD...And we have nothing but stupid, moronic people running it.
Boycotting other states “legal law”....yea let do that...sound like a good idea, especially when we share a border with them and the Country of Mexico...

Cannot wait the Moronic Response from the Mayor...He is so way over his head...and has been for the last 4 years....he needs to go play in a “smaller sand box”!
