Alright good job, I'm downright proud of you!

We've exposed that poll for trying to twist the facts

I've asked you upthread more than once to show me some proof that the tea party supports Fiorina, but you choose not to. I understand your sole source is polls, but I put stock in what a person says.

Here's some stuff from the "horses mouth" so to speak

Carly Fiorina Drinks the Tea

She's a former CEO and the Tea Party endorsed her rival [ Not a poll, just a pesky fact ]. But this GOP candidate in the California Senate race calls herself an anti-elitist Tea Partier.[ So she is a self-appointed tea partier ]

Though a national Tea Party group endorsed state Assemblyman Chuck DeVore over former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina in the California Republican Senate primary, Fiorina isn't holding any grudges. She's using the Tea Party movement to raise money [Ah ha that's the connection]

Fiorina's letter is loaded with Tea Party rhetoric. Fiorina declares, "As a life-long fiscal conservative, I'm ready to send a message to Washington: we have had enough government expansion and taxation!" She slams Obama for mocking "us," as if she, too, is a Tea Partier.

(DeVore was one of the few officeholders invited to speak at a Tea Party rally in Nevada in late March with Sarah Palin.) This former corporate honcho—whose stint at HP was marked by massive layoffs and controversy—wants to be seen as a Tea Partier, too.

...despite her own CEO past becoming a potential liability and Tea Party activists endorsing a rival, Fiorina has a clear political strategy: her own corporate takeover of the Tea Party.

Seems to have worked, the polls show that she has taken it over!

I'd give you the source, but it's not a poll so I won't bother

Yep! Palin is right....we need to UNITE, early...problem is, Palin fails AGAIN to choose the right candidate to rally around. THAT is the problem.

What is it with you, I never said “the tea party supports Fiorina”.

That poll you yourself posted didn’t say this “Poll proves Tea Party Movement is racist”.

Your comprehensions skills are terrible, and I don’t know why you keep pestering me with nonsense.

You are confusing an out of state tea party express group with the California voter polling that I told you about.

Among the California voters that identify with the tea party the strongest, Fiorina wins them. Devore does not.

In the perfect world, perhaps. Yet, true blue California is far from the perfect world and Devore was never going to get the majority of the vote. I know people like us wish it were possible, but it just isn't.

LOL. This is so true. I am becoming sick to my stomach over the sanctimonious nature of some of these Freeper posts. As soon as I see the word RINO (which is so trite and overused), I just skip over the entire post.

What was so beautiful about Ronald Reagan was that he never appeared to be judgmental or sanctimonious. That's why so many people - of all stripes - flocked to him.

Well here is a quote of yours from post #127:

The writer of the article is a liar, the tea party support goes to Fiorina, not Devore
The writer of the article isn't lying so the obvious conclusion can be drawn from your statement.

You are confusing an out of state tea party express group with the California voter polling that I told you about

I only know of one Tea Party Express "group" and it originated and is based in California

They had DeVore speak at their kickoff Tea Party when they did Tea Party Express Tour III, and THOUSANDS of tea party Californians cheered him, as well as thousands of tea partiers from across the whole nation.

Fiorina has NOT spoken at any tea party events but has, in the eyes of some, successfully co-opted the Tea Party Movement (which you can see from a previous post above that her plan was exactly that) and convinced those that ignore facts that she is the Tea Party candidate.

Not so much

None of this really matters because tea partiers overwelmingly support DeVore, but as I said this is fun!

I doubt many politically aware conservatives support Cambell, but as DeVore said:

Campbell's support is from conservatives who don't know that he was in favor of taxes and when they find out, they shift mostly from him to me – not from him to Fiorina, because Fiorina is perceived as more moderate."

"Among the California voters that identify with the tea party the strongest, Fiorina wins them. Devore does not."

You keep confusing a national tea party group with the only polling of California voters that ask about the tea party.

Among the California voters that identify with the tea party the strongest, Fiorina wins them. Devore does not."

If you have some California polling data, show it.

What I do wish you would do, is think through things before you keep wasting my time. I get tired of this childish game you keep playing.

Well, I have proven that not true. "Poll" accuracy notwithstanding

I'm not cornfuzed, you are Ansell

"You keep confusing a national tea party group with the only polling of California voters that ask about the tea party
You keep confusing polls with reality

Thousands of Californians came out CHEERING for DeVore, let's just call that a poll ok?

Now you get it?

What do you have with against a national tea party group that represents tea partiers quite well?

Believe me, they are a lot more informed about what is going on in California then you are.

Perhaps I should copy your methods and say you don't know anything about what is going on in California because you don't live here

If inundating you with facts is wasting your time, just don't respond.

You proved nothing, the California polling shows that “Among the California voters that identify with the tea party the strongest, Fiorina wins them. Devore does not”.

You have never countered that poll with anything other than your endless blabber.

Most Californians don’t even know who Chuck DeVore is.

Most of you don’t get it. If Sarah decides to run in 2012, she is going to need the support of even the RINOs. But, since some of you are purists, we very well may see another 4 years of zero.

People need to wake up and stop this nonsense. Sarah isn’t stupid and knows what she’s doing. If she makes mistakes, then that proves she’s human. But, of course, the purists are willing to accept another 4 years of a marxist rather than allow Sarah to do what she needs to do to win. Then they can sit back and bitch for another 4 years and bemoan that no one is conservative enough.

“Boxer IS the problem. She’s a huge problem.”

Electing Carly the Rhino isn’t the solution.

Electing DeVore the conservative is.

Apparently you and Sarah don’t agree.

Electing Carly the Rhino isn’t the solution.Electing DeVore the conservative is.

Campbell at 34%, Fiorina at 27%, Devore 14% and only 25% undecideds to split up. Devore would have to suddenly have the money to saturate the vast California media market and win all of the undecideds in the next few weeks, that isn't going to happen.

Only weeks to go, Devore broke and frozen in a campaign that never took off.

This is a race between a frontrunner that is openly campaigning on a pro abortion, pro gay marriage, anti gun platform and the only person that can stop him is a pro life, anti gay marriage, NRA member.

At some point, you guys need to recognize the radically leftist, 800 pound gorilla that is winning this primary election, whose name is Tom Campbell, and quit pretending that this is an election between Carly Fiorina and Chuck Devore.

Been on the ground at over a hundred teaparties--many in California, more than one with DeVore at them trumps your bogus poll any day of the week

Reality vs Leftist propaganda, I'll take reality

LOL@endlessblabber....Facts don't sway you poll boy, the MSM and their polls delude those that are too lazy to get out on the streets to see what is really going on

Imaginary tea partiers poll for Fiorina, real tea partiers don't support her. Period

The ad hominem attacks pretty much define your argument.

Hard to believe anyone here would take polls as gospel when it's obvious they are blowing smoke.

Sorry, the polling data shows that California voters that strongly support the tea party, also support Fiorina over Devore and Campbell.

The Field Poll is our only data at this point.
