Just seeing your MO. Have you read the owner of the Suns’ statement yet, or are you still sticking with the Cinco de Mayo story?
I have read the statement but you are missing the fact that they were wearing these unis for Cinco de Mayo for years. In fact he does not say that is the reason but rather he says, “Our players and organization felt that wearing our “Los Suns” jerseys on Cinco de Mayo was a way for our team and our organization to honor our Latino community and the diversity of our league, the State of Arizona, and our nation”. He talks about why the law is wrong but he does not connect the two items.
You obviously didn’t watch ESPN tonight.
Whatever. I’m sure you have a point.
Also, the Suns weren’t even in the playoffs last season, meaning they could not have worn those jerseys on Cinco de Mayo.
Here is a conversation about it from 2 years ago.

With all due respect this is a complete non sequitur. I never mentioned football or any other sport. Baseball does not have a clock and/or a halftime. 9-inning games have been the standard length for 100+ years and for most of those 100+ years baseball games took between 2-3 hrs to play.
I enjoy cricket but the reality of test cricket is that matches will take 2-3 days....but they've always taken 2-3 days.
Baseball has allowed TV, managers, players and umpires to conspire to turn even competitive games into yawners.
Think about cancelling the extra subscriptions that we pay for to get MLB!!! I’m going to do it! My “hubby” is a diehard Yankees fan, but I will cancel extra innings and the YES channel if MLB goes through with their left wing leanings!!
