That has to be the second stupidest comment about foreign peoples I have heard...the first being the reason that elevator controls are locate low on the wall is because the elevators are made in Japan and the Japanese are short...third place goes to the urban city planner that said Mexicans don’t mind living in higher density housing and walking because that’s how they live in Mexico.
