It would not be the first time that US troops have fired on, and killed, American citizens peacefully protesting.

I don't know what the big stink is about. Nobody seems to care one whit about the international terrorist currently residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. So what’s the big deal about some US rag-head running around Yemen in a bathrobe?

The Constitution has always provided a military solution to insurrectionsBut you have to be engaged in the insurrection, not simply plotting one.
We don't even assassinate foreign dictators and now we're advocating assassinating American citizens, no due process, no trial?
These are dark times indeed.

If we can't get him in America, he should be targeted ... wherever he is.I knew it wouldn't take long before someone piped up thinking its just dandy for the government to target some Americans for murder.

Clintoon did send a missile after Osama bin Ladin. It missed him, but again bin Ladin was not in the USA at the time either.

One thing about the Radicals, they have screamed about “Government oppression” when it came to their activities.
Now that these same anarchist are in control. The rules of engagement have changed for them. The American people were aslways their enemy and NOW they intend to make us pay (blood & money) for having “oppressed” them all these years.
This is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.
The ELECTIONS coming up soon are EXTREMELY important to stop and eradicate these demogogues and their fellow travelers.

OK. Lets do it!
Try him “in absentia”. You’ve convinced me.
What form should the trial take?
Jury? 3 judge panel? Military tribunal?
Should he be tried in federal court, by his home state, or the state of one of his supposed victims?
Does he have a lawyer appointed for him or can he hire one and just wire him the fee?
I truly am interested. I don’t know how a US trial “in absentia” works.

This stuff happens...Americans just don't want to know about it...But it's certainly nothing new...
If you can find him, David Koresh can tell you all about it...
In my view, when a person comes on the tv and advocates and encourages the destruction of America, and the murder of American Fathers, Mothers and their children, he has admitted guilt...He is not just a suspect...Unlike David Koresh, He is recruiting people directly or indirectly to kill American civilian citizens...
