All I can say is, “WTF is she thinking?”
With any luck this scandal will take down Michael Steele!
Fred Thompson for RNC Chairman. Too much at stake coming up for a rank amateur like Steele to be sitting on whatever money he hasn’t spent yet....
Fire Steele! Now! Point Blank!
I can only take so much bullcrap in a day. One person at the RNC enertained at a strip club, so “republicans can’t criticize government spending” now.
Give me a damn break. They fired the staffer, and I damn well can criticize government spending.
“With any luck this scandal will take down Michael Steele!”
It happened on his watch, and the captain is responsible for the conduct of his crew. Steele must go.
Agree! It’s time to clean house. We need a REAL CONSERVATIVE LEADER as chairman of the RNC. Any suggestions?
This just in a republican staffer kicked a puppy, shoplifted, drove drunk, whatevr.
So let’s all become communists. I think not. Can we please have some proportionality and focus on what is good for the nation?

Not defending her in any way, because it was an idiotic move, but given the location, she's probably trying to woo financial support from the more affluent in the LA area who may not be SoCons, but have had enough of Obama's "big government nirvana".
I call them the "Penn & Teller" voters (or perhaps the South Park voters). None of them are religious, in fact most are openly hostile to religion, but they don't like government involvement in their lives either. It's going to take someone smarter than Steele to court these voters, without alienating the GOP's traditional base - such is the peril of the "big tent".
Nope. Been down that road with that RINO supporter already. Donated to him and all that. However, he leans far to much to the left as he supports liberal Republicans.
No longer my cup of tea. Sorry Fred, you had a chance.
Oh, that is a great idea, and one that I hadn't heard before. I wonder if he'd be up for it.
Let’s replace Steele with an honest sober conservative and then we can talk proportionality.
Fred is not historic.
I could get behind that.
Giggety.
Yeah, I’m no prude, but that’s something you do on your own credit card. You eat one (no pun intended) for the party. You do NOT bill this to the party.
Too many little things are starting to add up.Steele spending like a drunken sailor, defeatist attitude, etc.
You have to wonder if she did anything more than approve a charge for “meals” at a restaurant that she knew nothing about. It would be interesting to hear her side of this.
