This sort of analysis...
65% probability that the Index is at -10 or lower.
35% probability that it rises to -9 or higher.seems silly to me.. This is a peak, except that the jobs numbers might spur some move in the strongly disapprove, but otherwise, its down now 3 to 5 points and back up to this level in a range until something changes the underlying dynamic.
