I hope that DimBulb realizes that when he breaks NASA, it will never recover. Or is he aware of that already.

What he should say?...

I was wrong. I’m sorry.
Let’s keep NASA in the human spaceflight game and get back to the moon ASAP with the long term goal of Mars and increased budgets comparable to the Apollo era, moneys taken from bloated entitlement programs that have done nothing but create a dependancy class.
America can be second to none in space and sets the standard for the globe and goals worthy of a nation born of the frontiers.

What he will say......

blah blah blah hope change, failed policys of the past, blah blah blah lecture lecture lecture, science in it’s proper place, blah blah
lecture lecture

"We choose to not go to the moon, or to Mars, or to any of the other twinkly things in the sky, not because it's hard, but because we're stupid, and we'd rather throw our country's money at low-life a$$holes who don't work, or who don't deserve it, or who are here illegally. We choose to continue to dumb down our society, and to give our brightest bulbs nothing to aspire to except wedgies, mockery, and getting beat up by those who don't have enough brain cells to pick their own nose, much less complete an algebra test. But hey, they can play basketball!!"

Did I miss anything?

“The Klingons acted stupidly”.

No he would say "The Federation acted stupidly". At least while the Klingons were the enemy.
