Lawyer who challenged Obama: Ineligibility could prove costly

When it happened, is when it was known that his father is not a US Citizen. The fact that he was up front about it, does not magically make him qualified. The constitution is specific. The DNC fraudulently qualified him, thank you Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi. There were two certificates of qualification made and signed.

Your debating semantics. If a kid drives a car, and by the law is too young to drive, he is still breaking the law, but he did drive a car. He just did it illegally. I guess if he never admits that he is not of legal age, he can’t be prosecuted...Oh wait, the law “requires” that he prove his age, with a “birth certificate”, so by law, he cannot drive until he proves that he meets the qualification to drive.
