"Just last night, I hit a flush on the river and cut the budget deficit in half," Obama said. "Some of you know I can play some poker."
What really irritates me is when he thinks he has said something funny and cute. He gives a long pause and then smirks and does this laugh with an expression on his face like he thinks that he is oh so very cleaver and smug. He does this real often. Watch a clip of it when he says the stupid joke about getting a flush on the river you will see the obnoxious antic he goes through every time he thinks he is so very cleaver and funny (and usually whatever he said just isn't very funny). Ugh!

His entire speech is almost line for line stolen from Conservatives. He knows that our speeches and our thoughts are what are stirring the hearts of the people so he outright plagiarizes them and co opts them as his own. Just like the devil he can come up with nothing of his own that is original and fresh but must steal the truth and twist it to fit his dead old lies.

He's so removed from real life, so used to having all of his utterances scripted and approved by those around him that he has completely bought into the fantasy that he is some kind of amazing intellectual. He isn't.
He's just an average guy who hit the jackpot by looking the part that those on the Left with money and power decided would be a winner in the 2008 election, but he's such a fool that he thinks it has something to do with his ability.

But when Conservatives say things, it is the truth about what we want for our country. He is just campaigning again. Lies, lies and more lies and then go do what you want. He has alienated a high percentage of those who voted for him. He doesn't see it or doesn't care. I have heard various Dems say that this is the last chance they will have for another generation to get the public option into law. They will not stop. And once passed it will be very difficult to overturn.
