People actually believe this Bozo gave 95% of the people a Tax Cut. Nothing surprises me anymore.

This guy is Teflon.

That is an odd term to use, agnostic. It is nearly always used to express doubts about the reality of God. I’ve never heard it used outside of theological usage. I’m trying to imagine just what he meant. I assume he means that he does not know whether or not he will raise taxes.

“In an interview with Bloomberg BusinessWeek on newsstands Friday, Obama said a presidential budget commission needs to look at all options for deficit reduction”

What a surprise Hussein giving another interview. Mr. Narcissist just loveeeeeees to give interviews.

It’s just surreal that he’s looking at options (lie) to reduce the debt (lie) that he created. Unreal. Surreal. Just another day in Hussein’s Bizarro world.

"The whole point of it is to make sure that all ideas are on the table,"

Except returning unspent stimulus money to the treasury. Or tax cuts of any kind. Or forbidding earmarks. Or...

Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase.

Just like the Constitution the words of BOZerO are of 'living and breathing interpretations'.

...and in other news, President Obama now says he’s “Muslim” on peace settlements in the Middle East, “Wiccan” on global warming, “Rastafari” on medical marijuana, and “Unitarian” on his general philosophy of government.

Oh gee, who saw that coming?

Seriously, I saw Ben Stein and some lefty wingnut economist (forgot who....Krugman maybe?) arguing about the level at which increased taxes would have to kick in. Stein said it would have to be below $250K. Krugman immediately agreed, saying there wasn’t enough money above $250K to do it. Stein appeared to be flabbergasted that Krugman agreed so readily.

“The VAT will really bring the money in.”

Agree, it will catch the illegals, and EVERYONE else operating underground. Figure about 20% (maybe starting at 10%, but once they really see how bad the debt is, 20%).

Other than food (which will likely be exempt, to some extent), I have 4 years worth of everything that I can think of stocked up (i.e., non-perishables). I know it’s coming, I know it will be really bad (i.e., the VAT will be only a tiny part...rationing and tripling of prices will be the really bad part), I just don’t when it will hit. So I keep buying more stuff.
