Joesph Goebbels would be so proud. From the story:

That June, the Obama campaign released his certificate of live birth on its Web site as part of its "fight the smears" effort.

That my FRiends is the lie of the century! So many people, including people on this forum, are suffering from Rectal Cranial Inversion (RCI). It's a terrible state to be in and I feel for these people. These RCI sufferers can't get their head wrapped around the central fact of this story because their anus is so tight around their blood supply to their brains.

Obama has NOT RELEASED HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Bill O'Reilly, Glenn Beck, Ann Coulter, Sean Hannity are all suffering from RCI because they are all in the same category of repeating the lie that Obama has released his "birth certificate." The main stream media has done their job so well in dumbing down our country.

For the record a birth certificate will actually reveal the hospital of the birth and the citizenship of the parents.

Article II of the constitution is still in effect today and Obama has no right to thumb his nose at it!

The fact is, there never was any intention of Bo actually getting into the WH.

The objective was to get him as close as possible, have him declared ineligible, blame repub. racism and Bush is steeling another election, orchestrate massive race riots in every city, force Bush to take action, claim Bush is becoming a dictator, thus launching Hillary into the WH with basically dictatorial powers.

If that sounds familiar, it should. It's the Weather Underground playbook.

When you hide EVERYTHING, you have something to hide. For what it’s worth, my guess is Obama committed felony fraud on college scholarships.

1. Certified copy of original birth certificate
2. Columbia University transcripts
3. Columbia thesis paper
4. Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5. Harvard University transcripts
6. Illinois State Senate records
7. Illinois State Senate schedule
8. Law practice client list and billing records/summary
9. Locations and names of all half-siblings and step-mothers
10. Medical records (only the one page summary released so far)
11. Occidental College Transcripts
12. Parent’s marriage Certificate
13. Record of baptism
14. Selective Service registration records
15. Schedules for trips outside of the United States before 2007
16. Scholarly articles

Is the AP writer, who wrote several years ago of BO’s Kenyan birth, included among this group?

None of that has any bearing on his Constitutional qualifications to be president.

That may (or may not be) true; I don't know for sure. But, either way, don't you think the people of this nation have a right to know every available detail about the man who is running the show?

GW Bush and John Kerry had no difficulty in releasing their college transcripts. Why should BHO get a pass on releasing his?

Where does the Constitution mention college transcripts?

Why should BHO get a pass on releasing his?

Because he's not required to. If he chooses to promote conspiracy theories by refusing to release them then there's nothing illegal or unconstitutional in that.

You make a valid argument regarding the Constitutional requirements to be president. That is why BHO needs to prove he's a natural born citizen.

As far as his transcripts and other documents go, there is a valid political reason to demand them. Even if he doesn't comply (as is his right) they should be requested again and again. That way, come 2012, perhaps 1) he'll feel enough heat from the electorate to release them and we'll find out what the big mystery is or 2) he'll lose the election because the voters no longer trust him or 3) more likely, he'll just skunk-slink his way outta town to "spend more time with his family."

Do you have any objection to the demand, demand, demand strategy?

It'd be nice if there was a way of requiring it but there is not.

Do you have any objection to the demand, demand, demand strategy?

It's a two way street. I feel sorry for the next Republican candidate that will be put through something similar.

Well then maybe we can get Obama or the Senate to release his SR511 -- or explain why he doesn't have one????

Oh that's right the Constitution does not say that he has to have one. [Your song is getting quite old here]

And one question I've asked and you've ignored: If the Senate passed a non-binding resolution saying Obama was born in Hawaii and was a natural born citizen then would that settle it for you? Yes or no?

That's not the resolution that they passed unanimously for McCain. His SR511 said that he was a natural born citizen because he had American citizen parents and was born on American territory -- requirements that Obama cannot meet and never will. Even the Senate in all its compromised wisdom cannot give those to him. Your question is folly --

I was gonna say that if there was an investigation into the origins of the “Birther” issue, and it didn’t contain the words, “Hillary” and “Clinton”, it was a lie.

I feel sorry for the next Republican candidate that will be put through something similar.

Things like the TANG memo, or the records of his grades in college, or his place of birth, or his IQ test score, or landing a jet on the USS Abraham Lincoln????

Yeah, good thing the media and public never went into those things. (/s)

That's not the resolution that they passed unanimously for McCain. His SR511 said that he was a natural born citizen because he had American citizen parents and was born on American territory -- requirements that Obama cannot meet and never will.

Except that's not what it said. It said McCain is a U.S. citizen because he was born of American parents and on an American military base. That is not the same as American territory. A foreign national born on American territory is a U.S. citizen of some sort, we can argue the natural-born part. A foreign national born on a U.S. military base overseas is not a U.S. citizen of any kind because an overseas military base is not American territory.

So your non-binding resolution was tailored to a specific instance, McCain's. Obama can't meet it but for that matter neither could George Bush. So if the Senate passed another non-binding resolution tailored to Obama - born in Hawaii and no other qualifiers - then would that close the issue for you? After all one non-binding resolution should be as good as another, right?

OK say the media and the Democrats launch an attack on Palin demanding every scrap of information, every email, every memo, every meeting minute on every single one of those bogus ethics complaints that were filed against her while she was governor, what should she do? Should she comply? And if you don’t think the Democrats wouldn’t resort to something like that then you’re being naive.

Yeah right. Jesus Christ Himself could hand deliver a Hawiian long form and most of you Birthers would say, "Yeah but what about...".

Obama could release his BC and all his other records, and I still would want him to be removed as President for the way he has run our country, and the crooks he surrounds himself with. However, the only lasting solution would be to rid ourselves of pretty much every politician and 'czar' in office. They all contribute to the problem.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2008/apr/19/key-witness-in-passport-fraud-case-fatally-shot/

Saturday, April 19, 2008

A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.

Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.

Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car. …

The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency’s top ranks.

One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained “passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.”

None of that has any bearing on his Constitutional qualifications to be president.

However, if he had been found to have lied to obtain a passport, in order to get government funds for his education, it might prevent him from obtaining a proper passport (which he had to do just before he became President), and might prevent him from having a proper security clearance which he must have authorized to hold the office of President.

It would 'complicate' matters for NSA and the FBI if it were known by the public that they 'bypassed' some laws to authorize Obama's security credentials.

If the Senate passed a non-binding resolution

Inclusion of the words 'non-binding' translates into "even though we may be lying, and cannot be held legally responsible for lying, just accept what we say".

I will personally mail you a check for $1,000,000 if I can put a 'non-binding' signature on it.

You keep including the words 'a foreign national'. If you are born of American parents, on American terrority, you are considered a 'natural-born citizen'.

Besides, if you want to argue that an American Military Base in a foreign nation is not American Territory, you will have to talk to the U.S. Post Office.
