I want her to run. I want her to take her boots and walk right over her detractors. I just want to see the faces of Obermann and Maddow when she wins. She runs and she’ll have political army of supporters like this country has never seen.
We need a leader like Sarah Palin. I recommend everyone read her book.

That was a rockin’ speech. It was like a rebuttal to the first year of Obama/Pelosi/Reid, and more than one line left a mark....
...my favorite: “How’s that hopey changey thing workin out for ya?”

Run - Sarah - Run
"Treating this like a mere law enforcement matter places our country at grave risk, because that's not how radical Islamics are looking at this, they know we are at war and to win that war, we need a commander-in-chief - not a professor of law standing at the lectern. It is that same kind of misguided thinking that is seen throughout the Administration's foreign policy decisions. Our President spent a year reaching out to hostile regimes, writing personal letters to dangerous dictators and apologizing for American."

Please, PLEASE don't fall into the celebrity to choose a candidate. We've been through this too many times to do this again. Palin is one candidate not THE ONE! There is no “ONE”. That's what the socialists used to describe Obama. What makes conservatives different?
Palin is endorsing Rick Perry for governor in TX (where I live) instead of the Tea Party candidate Debra Medina. Rick Perry is what is wrong with the Republican party and one of the reasons why I left it.
If you vote Republican no matter what they do, spend, or vote, then by all means don't let me stand in your way, but if you want to return this country's government back to it's original position don't be swayed by the media anointment of any one candidate. Read, listen, observe ALL candidates and THEN make up your mind.

I did notice of all her points she didnt go after Obama for being pro-abortion(murdering innocient babies) . Speech targeted to audience? Given up on ‘life’ for one night??? She complained about bailouts again, but never once mentioned TARP.
The real interesting thing might be the FNS Wallas interview tomorrow. Hope Chris did his job.

fox-one - so very well stated. I understand and totally agree with your comment and caution. We got caught up in the lather that Ross Perot generated, and our votes for Perot helped Clinton get elected.
Our opinions are that the current situation is so bad, that anything or any one looks like a breath of fresh air compared to the current garbage pile in all of congress and the White House.
Our opinion is that both parties are bad - one is simply worse than the other.
Regarding Palin, we think she has so very many of the characteristics of Thatcher. We have followed her closely. We are so very familiar with her schools, cities she has lived in, people that we have met that respect her - and for the same reasons we do.
I have no knowledge of the current Texas political system, but having lived and voted in San Antonio for several years in the '70s, I doubt if the political garbage heap has changed that much.

I think I will vote for Medina because of the ugly way Perry treated former Justice Steve Smith. It was SHAMEFUL, and I have not forgotten.
To: Bratch
I was talking about to this audience. I believe she is serious about life, it’s just that her messages are targeted to her audience and that worries me,
Thanks for the link!

Maybe I am wrong, but I don’t believe there was a Tea Party when she committed to Perry.

Sarah is the real deal, folks. Just now finishing her book. She kicks azz and takes no phoney prisoners. She will roll with the truth over anyone in her way, but she will need our support. The LameStream, the rookies, the progressive whiners and the leftover ACORNers will attempt to detract. They will need to be reminded of reality. Let’s sure hope we have a dwindling populous of idiots.

Freeper need to donate copies of her book to the local high school...They’ll be voting in the next election.

Yes, she singled him out and he got a standing ovation, if I remember correctly or at least a huge applause.

Palin is a viable candidate no matter what party endorses her. She is a turn around, away from socialism, without a doubt. No matter what you think she is about, she is not a Washington beltway bozo, like many that have come before. She is a good start to getting back to grassroots thinking in this great country. Stop ‘looking a gift horse in the mouth’ and let’s get behind this movement. If it doesn’t work out totally, there’s always time for change, but not if we let any more pop culture Marxism to reign in any longer.

Rick Perry was VERY supportive of Sarah during the VP campaign and afterward--do you remember the
Republican Governor's convention that threatened to turn into an MSM attack on Sarah when it was her turn to answer questions? Perry put a halt to that crap almost immediately when he saw they were starting to gang up on her--she's learned a lot about handling the media since then and doesn't need anyone to watch out for her anymore--but I think that, like McCain, Sarah has LOYALTY to those who have done good by her for the most part, and her endorsement of Perry and McCain is proof of that. The best candidates of course will win wherever they run, Sarah knows that, regardless. TEA partiers are doing their research this time around, and they are smart enough to not just vote for someone because someone else endorsed them.
