Yours is a very similar story. I think the driver in my situation who ran the light was drinking.

Had I even an inkling of what she was going to do I would have pressed for a breathalizer.

Reminds me of when Hillary was in the MIddle East and the driver of her vehicle refused to stop at the check point and nearly mowed the guard down. Anybody remember that? Where were they? Iraq?
