Of course Øbama had no business using the State of the Union podium to make politcal hay of the SCOTUS, and actually the Supreme Court could inform the White House they will not be appearing at the State of the Union address any future year of his term, since he has no honor, and no decorum.

Funny cartoon. Of course the original is about the Declaration of Independence (neither John Adams nor Thomas Jefferson was in the country at the time of the Constitutional convention, let alone delegates to it), but that is nitpicking.
Scalia and Thomas said that they don’t believe in going to State of the Union addresses because it’s a political speech and I don’t think John Paul Stevens goes to them either.
No the elected officials will not do anything since the CONgress is held by his party,
But, they can bring cases to the front of the line that are damaging to him and his party.
As far as the Banks are concerned. In June 1963 JFK took on the Fed. You know what happened to him in the fall of that year. BTW, LBJ reversed JFKs executive order first thing he got into office.
