Surely an $8.9M vacation house has its own private screening room! This is just another example of O being unbelievably selfish and self-centered. He had to clear out a public theater so that he could be the first to see this film and everyone else had to wait. He probably could have gotten his own private copy from the studio and viewed it in the privacy of his own house, but no, he had to inconvenience many, many people and spend inordinate amounts of (taxpayer) money on secret service people, motorcades, etc.
