That’s about what I think...this is an open door to any foreign organization to settle in US, be fully secret and protected and check us out or do whatever - without ANY oversight! May be I am wrong but I am not comfortable with that at all.

No international police force should be able to operate with impunity in this country.

THIS is about his Birth Certificate and/or his passport(s) and/or his origin and/or his personal history.
Someone or something has gotten or is getting too close.

He’s setting it up so that future stings like that of ACORN will not be legal to do or transmit for the foreign agencies he plans to allow into the country.

An INTERPOL branch in the US now cannot be searched, it's files are not subject to legal subpoena nor discovery. If any branch of government wants to keep documents out of the hands of the court system, just hand them over to INTERPOL until the smoke clears. ♫ There's something happening here. What it is, is pretty damn clear.♫

Interpol has files on US criminals. Nothing new. In theory, if not in practice, they do no have arrest powers. They can issue an international arrest warrant but it has to be enforced by a member country.
Interpol functions largely as an information gathering and circulating center re crime around the world. Their functions may have been expanded due to the spread of terrorism, but they are pretty good guys.
The key feature of this Ex. Order is that it protects international organizations from search and seizure in the US. This is a backdoor way of allowing terrorist-support groups to function unhindered if they can pose as a group who avoids the descriptions of terrorist support groups. This could include some so-called “human rights” groups, esp. those recognized by the UN as NGO’s (Non-governmental Organizations), key terrorism support/propaganda arms operations.

Interpol has files on US criminals. Nothing new.I agree. In fact, the US can't control what files may exist on US citizens outside our borders, unless they are in a nation that cooperates with us.

Sounds like Interpol has the goods on zero as well as any international corruptocrats he’s in business with now or will be in the future.
