You forgot to tell this gentleman that you’re uneasy with the relationship between a book seller and an author who gets preferential treatment from a newspaper he also happens to own.
I think Mxxain was indeed being sarcastic, but that is not my real problem with him here, or where he stands on Sarah palin today. My problem is he said NOTHING when they were continuously attacking her, including some of his own campaign staff, and did not have the decency to defend her UNTIL his reelection was put in some doubt.
I think he is using her shamelessly, just as he has used his POW status for years. The fact that he is “proud of her” now, after a year of virtual silence, speaks volumes.
Yes, there is a weird tension coming from him about Sarah, whereas she is nothing but gracious towards him.
I think you get it. Sometimes McCain can do real damage to the Left. I think he needs to be encouraged to do more. That has been my greatest complaint about McCain. So far he has been too timid. He needs to fight them with all his might. And he should start by slapping that daughter of his with strong words of rebuke.

Agreed, something was lost in transcription. If you watch the video, Juan Queeg was clearly being sarcastic, meaning that if Sarah Palin was so irrelevant, then why are you morons still so obsessed with her.

How should “She’s irrelevant” be taken as a compliment? ...................... He was directing that at the Press and their continuous criticism of her. Implying she isn’t running for anything and they are still treating her as if it was still pre-election time 2008. But give the Libs a sound bite, and they’ll turn it into something negative. Then again, Hannity uses sound bites to suit his leanings too on occasion. McCain wasn’t being negative about Sarah, I’d be really upset if he was.
It’s remarkable how many otherwise skeptical conservatives run in circles and scream and shout everytime someone in the MSM tells them to.
Fair enough. I have watched the clip, and I shall admit my error of haste, but such an admission doesn’t make McCain any less of a douche than he already is.
