By today’s standards the Ku Klux Klan is a religious organization.
Yet we go after them cause they are a murderous organization.
We need to treat the muslims likewise

Has the Klan ever presented itself as a religion? It has certainly opposed religions it doesn't like. Even so, we only go after KKK groups that have actually engaged in murderous behaviour. If they don't try to kill anybody, we generally leave them alone.

Mohammedanism lacks a central authority. How closely tied are the various islamic congregations? Does the fact of one mosque (islamic congregation) directly engaging in terrorism taint them all?

I'd still like to know how we (as Americans) define a "religion", and how we make sure that those who get to codify the definition are kept under control. I'm not convinced that the founders thought this through completely, and I really don't want to have to resort to the Second Amendment in order to settle issues regarding the First.

To briefly and non-technically answer, please give me your opinion of this, sent to me by a friend:

Can a good Muslim be a good American? I sent
that question to a friend who worked in Saudi Arabia for 20
years.

The following is his reply:
Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is
to Allah, the moon god of Arabia.

Religiously - no. Because no other religion is accepted by his Allah except Islam (Koran, 2:256)

Scripturally - no. Because his allegiance is to the five pillars of Islam and the Quran (Koran).

Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is to Mecca, to which he turns in prayer five times a day.

Socially - no.
Because his allegiance to Islam forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.

Politically - no. Because he must submit to the mullah
(spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel
and Destruction of America, the great Satan.

Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to marry four women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him (Quran 4:34).
Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept the American
Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and
he believes the Bible to be corrupt.

Philosophically - no. Because Islam, Muhammad, and the Quran do not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or autocratic.

Spiritually - no. Because when we declare “one nation
under God,” the Christian’s God is loving and kind,
while Allah is NEVER referred to as heavenly father, nor is
he ever called love in The Quran’s 99 excellent names.

Therefore after much study and deliberation.... perhaps we should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot be both “good” Muslims and
good Americans. Call it what you wish.... it’s still
the truth.

If you find yourself intellectually in agreement
with the above statements, perhaps you will share this with
your friends. The more who understand this, the
better it will be for our country and our future. Pass it on, Fellow Americans.

The religious war is bigger than we know or understand.

Ah, to heck with those who are screaming racism. The Swiss people voted and that's what matters.

If the usurpers don't like it, they can go back to the piles of sand from whence they came.

Islam is treason, which competes with the Constitution.
How so?

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Simple assertion will not do. Treason, in these United States, is defined above. Please elaborate on how adhering to islam (or any other religion) is treason.

************************

“Simple assertion will not do.”

That’s fair.

“Please elaborate on how adhering to islam (or any other religion) is treason.”

Only Islam. Not Christianity.

“or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

Islam creates Sharia Law whether by Koran or Hadith. Muslims strive to subvert every country they infest. Watch England.

Muslims give “aid and comfort” via CAIR and donations from local mosques to jihadists around the world. Please see http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=114961 for many links.
