Obama is not stupid, he is in the process of setting up his successor by moving the 9/11 defendants to New York.
Current Attorney General is Andrew Cuomo which will seek the death penalty. There is no jury in New York which will not find these guys guilty therefore the death penalty is a forgone conclusion.
Andrew Cuomo will then run for NY governor and win easily mainly on his father's reputation. Then after a term or two he will run and win the DemocRAT party nomination for president. Therefore O’s legacy will live on and we could descend further into the Socialist nightmare which is just beginning.
Every vote counts

Libs don’t live in reality. They’re not sane people. You can’t just point out the obvious and expect them to get it.

And what happens when you get death threats and they tell you they know where you live and they know where your children are and where your parents are?Might be the time for a single guy stuck in his parents' basement to stand up and be counted, if he's an only child.

Anyone find it suspicious that Eric Holders former law firm is representing 17 Guantanomo detainees ???
Who's paying for their defense?? Are they doing it pro-bona?

Or would they award him damages for the loss of a bullet?

A jury letting Mohammed's assassin walk? Forgive me for being cynical, but "if it can happen to O.J...."
One person I wouldn't want to be, is the prosecutor of such a case.

The jury will be tainted.
