Might as well escalate it. The judge picked the fight Tip for Birthers When you get into a power struggle with a Federal Judge, he got the power, and you got the struggle.
Question for Birthers How will getting into a power struggle with da judge reduce, much less reverse, Obama's power?
How about channeling your energy into something useful, like maybe getting a few Obama supporters defeated at the ballot box.

Or are you saying that a Hawaiian COLB cannot under any circumstances be used to prove citizenship? If that's what you're saying then what federal or state agency has stated that? Apparently I'm in trouble too. I went looking for my birth certificate in my parents' files, and found the certificate they were issued by the state of Georgia back in 1997, when they requested a copy.
It's a computer printout on green paper with only the most basic information, that looks an awful lot like a COLB.

You say the COLB is proof. We say it is an incomplete record ... So what determines which is right? What says that the COLB is not sufficient?

I am a lawyer, and nothing Judge Land has done or ordered opens the door for any discovery by Orly. So what you do instead is kill the messenger and skip over the real message, huh???

What’s BS about the statement there?
The longer this goes on, it seems that the deeper and more complex the conspiracy gets.

Then you might want to consider never running for the presidency rather than open up THAT can of worms.

I’m looking forward to the next bugzapper thread.

So what you do instead is kill the messenger and skip over the real message, huh???What real message? The poster made a one-sentence statement:
"I am not a lawyer, but in order for her to disprove the Judges assertions, she might have access to discovery..."
...and I stated my credentials and my assertion that the poster's claim was erroneous.
What other message was there to respond to?

Of course chillin born in HI also get COLBS. As do chillin whose parents request amended BCs. So we are back to square one.

This is my only little conspiracy and I don’t have answers. However, I do want them.

For starters, it's a certification of live birth. A very different document than a certificate of live birth.
