Apparently I'm in trouble too. I went looking for my birth certificate in my parents' files, and found the certificate they were issued by the state of Georgia back in 1997, when they requested a copy.

It's a computer printout on green paper with only the most basic information, that looks an awful lot like a COLB.

What real message? The poster made a one-sentence statement:

"I am not a lawyer, but in order for her to disprove the Judge’s assertions, she might have access to discovery..."

...and I stated my credentials and my assertion that the poster's claim was erroneous.
