I actually think the States should take a more hardline approach, just start Arresting Federal Agents whose job description cannot be found within the Written words of the US Constitution. No Bail, make a deal with Mexico and immediately ship them to a TJ Jail for safekeeping from the Feds

Now, now; that wouldn't be playing nice. They're from DC and they're only here to help donchya know???

JMHO, but if we want our states to begin playing hardball with the federales we're gonna have to make a lot more noise in our state capitols. I'm sure the 9/12 march on DC was an eye opener for the denizens inside the beltway and probably raised some eyebrows in many state houses as well. I suspect a lot of them hope conservative patriots(but I repeat myself) will continue the pressure if for no other reason it will give them the backup they need to reaffirm the states' rightful position in the hierarchy.

One truism in particular we need to keep in mind: Politicians feel a lot more comfortable jumping in front of a parade than they do starting a parade.

We in Montana are proud of our freedom, it is our God given right. It is not bestowed on us by politicians, it is God’s gift to us ALL and cherished, and I believe that we will all die protecting these freedoms. We are on terribly unstable ground now and we have to back any state that exerts their right to remain soverign and buck the federal bullying and blackmail. Kudos to the elected officials of Montana and all states that follow suit in not just firearm issues but all issues usurping states rights. Feds, back the hell off!
