Losing significant economic and production mass to other countries and states, what will be left will be much smaller and leaner. Big manufacturing is mostly gone now. Just a shadow remains.
Now, college kids are getting notified that they must pay back the $1000 Michigan Promise Scholarship many of them got this school year, pretty quickly, but will get reimbursed if the state reinstates it.
