I'm going to be a contrarian here and say that I wish he
had stayed at ABC or some other MSM outlet. At Fox, he will be preaching to the choir. At least when he was on ABC there was a chance that some tuning in to his segments might have been persuaded to change their views.

Some on this thread have commented on the theme that Mr. Stossel was likely not particularly welcome at ABC and that is likely true. I am thinking that he may have left because he was weary of being surrounded by liberals with whom he himself was not comfortable. Maybe he just wanted to get away from them.
I am sure that that was not the only reason, just a contributing one.

I’m sure ABC will fill Stossel’s spot with some hard-hitting journalism concerning the Bush twins, Watergate revisited, and “Mission Accomplished - The Iraq War and other Failures of President Bush”.

Have't watched Babwa wa wa and 20/20 for years, caught Stossel's stuff on the web.
Those of us here that would watch just because of him are now gone.
Fox will be the last man standing as the others loose all credibility.
