An article of impeachment against the President cannot be voted out of the House Judiciary Committee until after early January 2011, with a majority Republican House. If we have captured the Senate by then, yes, he WILL be impeached and perhaps even convicted. He may not have yet even convicted the crime, it could come some time in 2010 or later this year.
