"Strict youngest-first allocation directs scarce resources predominantly to infants. This approach seems incorrect. The death of a 20-year-old woman is intuitively worse than that of a 2-month-old girl, even though the baby has had less life. The 20-year-old has a much more developed personality than the infant, and has drawn upon the investment of others to begin as-yet-unfulfilled projects.... Adolescents have received substantial substantial education and parental care, investments that will be wasted without a complete life. Infants, by contrast, have not yet received these investments.... It is terrible when an infant dies, but worse, most people think, when a three-year-old child dies, and worse still when an adolescent does."
"Ultimately, the complete lives system does not create 'classes of Untermenschen whose lives and well being are deemed not worth spending money on,' but rather empowers us to decide fairly whom to save..."
This is beyond insurance and provider choice issues. This is pure evil in out time. Obama Care simply MUST be stopped.
FYI. Critical information that most Americans are wholly unaware of. Please forwad widely.
Don’t forget Daschle - he’s got a lot of fingerprints onthis as well. The Emmanuel brothers...what a duet.
Eff liberal brown shirts...
I subscribe to the John Hancock principle of dissent.
Me too! Write it large...
Cash for clunkers for deathcare.
Explains all you need to know about the bail-outs...and the stimuls for that matter. These even more evil and sickening thoughts and plans were behind it from the get go.
FYI...this is one of their principle end-games.
Exactly...I want them to know who I am. For every one of me they bring down, 1st, it will cost them dearly if they can, and 2nd there are millions of others lined up to continue the fight.
I agree, and we need to be smarter, more organized and prepared, less confrontational, and because they are wild with enthusiasm to get this done...they will screw up. In fact this WH website for collecting data on Americans is an infringment on free speech.
It is a type of ENTRAPMENT, that if they find law violators that 5 U.S.C. 552a (7) which protects us via 1st Amendment could be used as a “law enforcement” issue and claim an investigation that never occurred, until the info was supplied via the informant. We know many lie everyday as is.
I expect that the Oathkeepers.org people are watching it closely...because they are already on record for not obeying such orders.
But they shall fail.
Scary stuff. Any idea what the three stars represent? Certainly not Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness?
Are they in Obama’s original logo for this movement? (haven’t had the misfortune to actually see it - just heard about it)
This may turn out to be the biggest scandal in the history of the USA, if a lot of Constitutional violations occur. This could go either way.
Unless congress and ALL government and union workers get the same health care as the general public, it is old style French aristocracy riding rampant over the peasants. GUILLOTINE ! ! !
You forgot ACORN. They are exempt too.
I’m reading the bill, checking to make sure the points that have been sent around are accurate (yes they are) but it only takes you to about page 400.
_________________________________QUOTING the HR 3200 HC bill.
On page 619 is the heading CONSIDERATIONS IN SETTING NATIONAL PRIORITIES.
With respect to such priorities, the SECRETARY (that is all thru the bill meaning Sec. of Health and Services) shall ensure that priority is given to areas in the delivery of health care services in the United States that-
PAGE 620
(1) contribute to a large burden of disease, including those that address the health care provided to patients with prevalent, high-cost chronic diseases;
( I think this is the AIDS solution?)
(2) have the greatest potential to decrease morbidity and mortality in this country, including those that are designed to eliminate harm to patients;
(3) have the greatest potential for improving the performance, affordability , and patient-centeredness of health care, including those due to variations in care;
(4) address health disparities across groups and areas;
(5) have the potential for rapid improvement due to existing evidence, standards of care or other reasons.
Then it goes on to talk about Consensus-based entities.
