Thank you!
I take a Kirkman Labs supplement called Super Nuthera with p5p. It seems to do the trick. I am also Hypothyroid with a family history.
Good Luck.
Thanks. I’ll have to look into it.
I didn’t really notice much difference when I started taking B6, so I don’t take it anymore.
Maybe I’m missing enzymes or something, because I’m not an alcoholic and I eat a wide variety of decent foods.
I shouldn’t have any vitamin deficiencies, but hypothyroidism screws up everything, so who knows?
I had not heard that before. Do you have any articles about low vitamin D and hypothyroid? My daughter has both. In fact, her D levels were so low that her doctor put her on a whopping huge dose for about a month. It made me worry a bit, but now several months later, her D levels are low again! It does make you wonder if some people’s bodies don’t “hang onto” D as they ought. Storage problem? Absorption problem? I wonder...
I have a bunch of articles about Vitamin D I could email to you if you Freep mail me your e-address.....I’d attach them. I’ve been a pest with family and friends about Vit D3 for a year or more....
