Depends when she got married and the law rules out the scenario that she was in country but she was unwed at time of birth and Obama was later adopted. It helps narrow the potential explanations.
Personally, I believe the last time for a procedural intervention was after the elector college and before being sworn in. Some might see the house having jurisdiction over the president without impeachment but there is a difference between a president elect and a president. Then impeachment becomes a political question and right now that would not be in the cards. Could you imagine the race relations if we impeached a black president? The first black president?
This birth issue, real of imagined, will wax and wane in proportion to Obama's poll numbers. The more he goes down, the more this adds fuel to the fire and the birther's look smart. The more his polls go up the more the birther's look like kooks. This issue can help take away his political capital and it would add fuel to the fire over another issue, but in an of itself, it will not remove him from office.
Parse my sentence. I said: "if it is actually proven he is not legally President". By proven, I mean to the satisfaction of the majority of thinking adults in this country. Not "legally" proven. Only not "legally" President.
I doubt that, no matter what, there will be any legal recourse. The Rats control most of the courts, the congress and executive branch. Which includes the Justice Department, FBI etc. I believe that Hussein could just about have intercourse with a 15 year old girl (or boy for that matter) on the steps of the capitol and suffer no legal repercussions.
No, I'm thinking more on the lines of civil disobedience. Governments can be brought down if enough people hit the streets and shut down commerce, been done before elsewhere. I don't believe the people have the will to do that here, unfortunately.

I agree with your analysis / prediction.
Probably the best we can hope for is that it will impede him significantly in his agenda.
But, as I have noted before, a large number of the very damaging things he is doing to the country require no political capital or cooperation from congress.
We are now going to be paying a very high price for letting the executive branch of the government usurp too many powers of the other branches over the last 4 decades.
I sat on the couch just to calm my nerves as I tried to come to terms with this really important issue. This is REALLY scary. I’m scared, I really am.
What this means is that Obama and his political advisers have been lying to us the whole time. I mean, he really wasn’t born in America. He was definitely born in Kenya and that makes him Kenyan.
Okay, here is the problem, my sister was born in Kenya - I am totally serious about this! But my mom went to the embassy (oh my god! that same embassy was later bombed by Bin Laden!) - I totally remember all this because we had to travel to Kenya from Tanzania because the last white woman who had attempted to have a baby at the Tanzanian hospital had bled to death and they kept coming into my school asking for blood donations, but I was only 11. Really sad. Anyway, we had to travel to Kenya and my mom had to wait at the convent to go into labor and I was freezing because Nairobi is really cold - I’m not kidding, especially at night. But after my sister was born, my mom went to the American Embassy that got bombed and filed a record to show that she had had an American baby in Kenya because my mom is American. (So am I.) So my sister has American citizenship, she got it from the EMBASSY!
But Obama, his mom didn’t go to the embassy (had she heard in advance that it was going to be bombed? who tipped her off?) So Obama is Kenyan! This is really scary, because they have these death squads in Kenya that can totally take out an entire village over night. So the real problem is that Obama is either a mau-mau (really bad, look it up...) or he’s actually Al Queda (pretty obvious from the evidence).
Forcing him to resign would only feed into their plan! this whole thing is meant to set off riots in the streets of America just like they had riots in the streets of Kenya after their elections and A LOT of people got killed!
So be careful! this is freakin’ me out... scary stuff... I’m scared, seriously scared.

These newspaper announcements were tied to submissions to the State of Hawaii health records office, so it confirms/corroborates that Obama has records on file that has him born on Aug 4, 1961. Obama’s COLB has that date and also have a cert # that we now know is close in sequence to twins born the day after.
Also, the submissions were gotten from the hospitals, so it indicates, given the submission was so close to birth date, that the birth certificate submission was supplied by the hospital.

There is no eveidence for that except very thin hearsay and circumstantial evidence. You do NOT know that, and the official story that Obama was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center for Women & Children August 4, 1961, has not been disproven in any way by the article.

The state of Hawaii official has stated his state of hawaii records show him at being born in Hawaii.
Exactly right. The time and place to do this is for the opposing candidate or party to file a lawsuit kicking them off the ballot on account of being ineligible. Barack Obama knows something about this trick as he pulled it in his first election race.
By now, we have a duly elected President and the only lawful process to get him out is impeachment/removal. Steep hill to climb just to be to President Biden.

You are assuming he was born in a hospital. There are no records of HOW the papers got that announcment. That is why it really does not say much.

Obama’s refusal to release any of his documents that either prove or disprove his eligibility to be President is a double-edged sword. If he were to sue any of us who think he is a commie, marxist, fraud, traitor, America-hater, racist, charlatan, puppet for George Soros, then all of those documents would be discoverable in a court of law. This means that he can be accused by the American people and our websites of every unethical move he makes or has made and he dare not allow himself to come under any court of competent jurisdiction.
