Not like Iran wouldn’t know otherwise.

I’m sure Israel is doing all of this openly so (A) Iran has a last chance to shape up, and (B) nobody can complain of a “surprise attack”.

War is best avoided. In this case, letting everyone know the attack is being prepared is the best way to prevent having to go there.
