“What she should not do is become a cable TV pundit.”
Yes, Cal, we all know what a bunch of obnoxious know-it-alls the TV pundits are, don’t we?
>>>> Lastly, she needs a hair, makeup and wardrobe makeover.

Is Cal Thomas proposing to be Sarah Palin’s “hair, makeup and wardrobe” guy?
Typical Washington snobs. This was the exact same attitude towards Reagan in the 1970s. Exactly!
>>>> Yes, Cal, we all know what a bunch of obnoxious know-it-alls the TV pundits are, dont we? <<<<
Especially those who write political books only “to make money”, as Cal has been known to admit.
Whoa, Cal Thomas is now a RINO, Mitt-bot traitor...
Luckily, Palin doesn’t waste her time taking the advice of putz’s like this guy......
Cal knows all about collapsed souffles. He wears one on his bald pate.
You have to love the audacity of someone who looks like Thomas suggesting Palin get a makeover.
That hair-in-a-can has damaged his brain.
Poor Cal. Looks like senility has finally set in.
Cal, go in a corner and lick yourself. Pity the society that regards wholesome as a shortcoming. So sick of these know-nothings.
Strange column. Reads like Cal wants an invitation to a RINO marshmallow roast.
The simpleton couldn't even get straight which article of the Constitution describes the branch of government he has been a part of for decades. He also incorrectly stated that the VP job was only described in Article I (he meant Article II as his point was that the VP role was an Executive position) but it is clearly described in BOTH Articles I and II.
And that was just ONE of his many mistakes in that debate; and subsequently.
“That hair-in-a-can has damaged his brain.”
LOL!!
Cal wants her too make herself "ugly" (if that is even possible)? What a load of.
Say it ain’t so, Cal. I liked his commentary... until now.
If Palin is to have a future in national politics (assuming she wants one) there are several steps she must take. First, she needs a complete makeover.
Palin has taken the first step by removing herself from the media spotlight and day to day job of governing a state. How she develops the future steps towards the makeover is up to her and what she deems her role to be.
I think she has at least six years before her next race for elected office will take place should she determine that to be in the cards. That gives her ample time to get her family affairs in order as Trig will be the only remaining child needing close attention as Piper will be in high school. If her choice is not to run for elective office then the family structure maybe easier to plan.
Yes, much like a fist bump. We certainly lapped that up.
How understated can Palin dress? The librarian look isn't dowdy enough for you, you want to try to make her look even more professorial?
Palin looks better with an up-do, glasses, and a puffy winter coat than most women would with their hair down, contacts, and wearing something slinky.
YOU CAN'T HIDE THAT. SHE HAS REACHED THE PEAK OF TRYING TO DOWNPLAY THE SEXY.
But I agree that a radio address might be good. Rush Limbaugh has long made the point that after a radio show people talk about your ideas, after a TV show they talk about what you looked like.
