Where did I say they DESERVED it? My pointing out that it in fact happened and it in fact happened because they trusted the untrustworthy and the evil leadership in NO WAY suggests that I said they DESERVED it.
How absolutely absurd.
They voted 78% for ostammer so I am saying they again are trusting evil and untrustworthy “leadership”. They repeat the mistake.
This isn’t rocket science.

It’s refreshing to see that SOMEBODY else on this thread grasps this simple point/observation.

Does it mean “In Before the Zot”, which translates to “I want to get you booted because you confused me with the facts.”?

Support for McCain in Israel was running up to 80 per cent during the campaign among Israelis and in an exit poll of American Jews who actually voted, McCain got 84 per cent. Bush’s popularity never went below 70 per cent during his entire term. In the latest poll on Obama in Israel I think his support stands at six per cent. His election helped swing our election to Netanyahu and the the entire right wing because we know someone had to tell him to go to hell when the time came.

Obama took a lot of Jewish votes (NY and FL). “hope and change” you get what you voted for.

Yes, I was aware that ostammer hasn’t been popular in Israel, but I didn’t realize that his having been elected here successfully influenced Bibi’s election in Israel. I’ve admired Netanyahu for many years, so I really am glad that at least one good thing has come from the election of this evil criminal.
What confuses me is that 78% of American Jews voted for ostammer. Do they care NOTHING about Israel, or are they just dumber than a bag of hammers?

duh... how would you expect a muslim to treat Israel?

Jews have been faithful to the rats for at least six decades. It makes NO sense. It does makes sense.
I love Israel and her people, but there is a reason so many of them are so lost. They have rejected their own God - and have turned to the politics of Communism and Socialism as their god. Moreover, any support of Republicans is viewed in some Jewish circles as supporting a Christian based world view.
American Jews are more likely to be atheist or agnostic than most Americans, especially so compared with Protestants or Catholics. A 2003 poll found that while 79% of Americans believe in God, only 48% of American Jews do, compared with 79% and 90% for Catholics and Protestants respectively. While 66% of Americans said they were "absolutely certain" of God's existence, 24% of American Jews said the same. And though 9 percent of Americans believe there is no God (8% Catholic and 4% Protestant), 19 percent of American Jews believe God does not exist. [edit] Politics While Jewish immigrants from Germany tended to be politically conservative, the wave of Eastern European Jews starting in the early 1880s, were generally more liberal or left wing and became the political majority.[citation needed][original research?] Many came to America with experience in the socialist and communist movements as well as the Labor Bund, emanating from Eastern Europe.[citation needed][original research?] Many Jews rose to leadership positions in the early 20th century American labor Movement and helped to found unions that played a major role in left wing politics and, after 1936, in Democratic Party politics.[citation needed][original research?] While Jews leaned Republican in the second half of the 19th century, polls showed American Jews gave 90% support to Democrats Franklin D. Roosevelt and Harry S. Truman in the elections of 1940, 1944 and 1948. They gave almost 70% of their vote to Democrat Adlai Stevenson in 1952 and 1956, rather than Republican Dwight Eisenhower. In 1960 they voted 83% for Democrat John F. Kennedy, who was Catholic. In 1964, when the Republicans nominated arch-conservative Barry Goldwater (whose father was Jewish), 90% of American Jews voted for his opponent, Lyndon Johnson.[5] Since 1968, American Jews have voted about 70%-80% Democratic, increasing to 87% for Democratic House candidates during the 2006 elections.[6] Jimmy Carter (1976) is the only Democrat after Roosevelt to be elected president with less than 78% of the Jewish vote.[7][8] In 1992, 1996, and 2000, Bill Clinton and later, Al Gore each won 79% of the Jewish vote, and in 2004, John Kerry, a Catholic, received 74%.[8] In the 2008 presidential election, 78% of Jews voted for Barack Obama, who became the first African-American to be elected president.[9] Additionally, 83% of white Jews voted for Obama compared to just 34% of white Protestants and 47% of white Catholics, though 67% of those identifying with another religion and 71% identifying with no religion also voted Obama.[10]

I think much of the Jewish support for the Democrats is simply tradition. It’s been going on since Roosevelt. You can judge the weight of interest in Israel against domestic issues by the vote for Kerry. Bush by every measure was the best friend in the White House Israel ever had. Kerry never even came clear where he stood. Yet he got the usual 80 per cent support. I think actual concern for Israel as the number one overriding issue was cited as such by only three per cent of American Jews in polls. It’s a background issue way down the list. Even if Ahmadinejad headed the Democratic ticket, the majority would still vote Democrat.

By and large, I like Jewish people, but when I reflect on the fact that they voted 78% for ostammer, I sort of understand how they ended up in the ovens.
How does the victim share the blame? You are not only rude, you lack an ethical compass.
