See my #46. The second box has failed us. Move to the third one on a large scale. Not time for the fourth yet.

I gave this book to my daughter when she turned 15.

Knowing is not the same as doing.

Musashi never led an army the size of Sun Tzu’s in a campaign - winning or losing.

The author left out a pivotal part of the story. The king tried to stop the execution of the concubines. Sun Tzu ignored the order because it was contradictory to the strategy of the nation. One of Sun Tzu’s recurring themes was that the liege established the overall goals and then left the general to carry it out. The general was not to obey a command from the liege contradictory to the goal.

I have the 7 disk audio book with commentaries in my work shop and listen to it often.

I can only paraphrase Sun Tzu since I don’t have the book in front of me.

“The great warrior of old received no praise for the brilliance of his strategy, no glory for his heroic deeds because victory was never in doubt.”

Something befitting the thread?

Never read Sun Tzu but enjoyed Miyamoto Musashi who seemed to be of similar mind in context of being a warrior.

"Generally speaking, the Way of the warrior is resolute acceptance of death."

I apologize for my inabilities and shortcomings.

I admire the works of both men, but have found that the application of each is best kept to it’s own arena. Musashi at the individual level, and Sun Tzu at the organizational level.

That being said I could never imagine either sitting down and going at each other at chess or go; so it would be a real bloodbath if they did compete.

The problem is that the RINOS think they are in charge.

As long as they have access to large campaign contributions from interests hostile to the People, they will continue their truculence.

Voters are going to have to smarten up and toughen up and throw out the incumbent RiNO's, regardless of media favor and large fluxes of enabling moneys.

The problem is that states like Maine are basically off the political map, so their voters will continue to vote for these camouflaged, "sandbag Democrats".

Obama will not have anywhere near as large a blind contingent as last time, so the dem's primary manipulation ability will be greatly reduced.

What about the secret gay PAC's and their maxed-out contributions to anti-family candidates, and to candidates opposing pro-family candidates?

They keep beating conservatives at the alderman and state-representative level, and conservatives have generated no antidote yet. The antidote to the AFL-CIO's Committee on Political Education (COPE) in the 60's was Paul Weyrich's conservative direct-mail solicitation, which has since then been compromised by RiNO's cloning tactics.

There is as yet no antidote to the Democrat 527's and under-the-radar gay "werewolf PAC's".

"And lots of suits will make powermongers nervous. A winning case, suitably ignored, will make the next step clear."

Exactly.

If they deny the very document that gives them their authority, THEY will have no place to hide. In addition, if there is no Constitution, the army does not have to obey them, or PROTECT them.

And let's not forget the current Governor of California and his ability to “perform in front of a camera.”

That particular RINO is ineligable because he was not born in the US (Sound Familiar?).
