Pelosi admits attending one briefing in September 2002, but at a news conference last month, she was adamant that she did not know waterboarding was used.

This is the very reason why government cannot be allowed to own, or be in control of, the media. This also re-enforces why the Founding Fathers wrote the 1st Amendment. If the government did own the media such evidence would most likely "get lost". It is bad enough that they control (by proxy) ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NYT, etc, etc, etc. We would never know what was going on if it were not for media like the FR, talk radio, and to some extent FNC.
