Well, that is the way it seems to be with evolutionism, global warming, and HIV. - When a solid body of scientific evidence has refuted them, those that worship them scream “anti-science,” even though no legitimate science has ever supported any of them.

Liberals do that...they freely ignore the “stomping out debate” when it agrees with their sensibilities, but have someone point this out to them, they go off the rails and screech about “stomping out debate”.
It’s why our troops were baby killers and murderers to them when they took out Saddam and sons, but the million or so Iraqis raped and murdered BY Saddam and sons...ahhh well, “not our business”.
Then with a complete straight face they wonder why no one helps out in Sudan!
So in the liberal world, they attack THE RESPONSE TO what they say they detest. Be it shutting down debate in science, our troops stopping slaughter of innocents, stopping use of WMD, and on and on and on.
In the liberal world, up is down, down is up.
Liberalism is a devastating neurological disease. I often wonder if it’s a virus that attacks the common sense center of the brain.
I see the occasional pro-life sticker on the cars around here on one end of the bumper, and Obama/Biden ‘08 on the other end.

Before the liberal NEA, both sides of the argument DID flourish. In science, in schools, etc. Christian charity and conservatives offering a forum of debate is what led to secular humanists, atheists and liberals to hijack science in the first place.
