This case will be but one of many cases the Grand Jury will review. We thank the young man for protecting his Momma AND saving taxpayers tens of thousands on a career criminal in his ‘youth’. You did good, young man!

That’s why I asked for your suggestions, to help me decide. I believe selection of the weapon and ammunition is the best way to reduce the threat to bystanders, except to decide when deadly force is necessary and hitting your target. My policy is to call 911 and stay put, unless it is to defend someone. That way you know where the intruder is, they don’t know where you are, and they are likely to get a nasty surprise. My house gun is a 16 gauge deer gun with #3 buck and the nearest house is 500 feet away, through the woods so I have little chance of hitting an innocent party.

As usual Travis, you got it all wrong. Javorous was at an Advanced Placement Calculus Study Group. Choir practice wasn't until Saturday. Upset because he had missed his 'cello lesson, he mistook Snigg's place for his own.
He was coming through the window because he didn't want to wake his family. They need their sleep because they are exploited every day by the "Man."
Al Sharpton and I will be down to Mississippi to straighten this all out as soon as we get the Somali Pirate Boy a scholarship to Juilliard.
