Bush never said the two words in the same sentence. Islam was the "Religion of Peace" and terrorists were some areligious anomaly disconnected from any body of belief. Even the name "War on Terror" is a euphemism which names the specific tactic Islamists thugs use rather than the thugs themselves. I don't agree and I don't think that's a fair statement at all. If anything, President Bush was more plainspoken and blunt about the nature of the enemy than any of those that opposed him.

...Said it on other threads, Bravo to President Obama for this action to free civilians, but, there's always the reverberant. Afghanistan, and the whole region, I would agree. Let's get a Declaration of War from Congress this time, before we take the fight to terrorists first, Then you can deal me in. Too long we've stepped on or over 1,8,13 to democratize the planet, and left our sovereignty to die...

Clearly not fighting a war against enemies may be more dangerous.I suppose we'll discover that once again when the next inevitable "Man Made Disaster" comes to our shores.

Obama is only inviting attack. Wish I could fast forward to 2012 and prevent a whole lot of dead Americans.
